The United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) will start a new cycle of online courses "Building Port Resilience Against Pandemics" and "International Merchandise Trade Statistics".
The course "Building Port Resilience Against Pandemics" is a support to the implementation of measures and preparation for mitigation of unforeseen situations related to the pandemic in the port and port terminals. It is intended for port authorities, licensed port operators, relevant state institutions and other stakeholders. It is divided into four modules and will be organized from March 7 to 31, 2022.
The main goals of the program "International Merchandise Trade Statistics" are to raise awareness of statistics in the field of trade and its concepts and strengthen the capacity of staff involved in the processing and collection of statistical data. The duration of the training is six weeks, from February 28 to April 10, 2022.
