Port Governance Agency held regular annual consultations with the Grouping of ports and harbors

On 10.12.2015.  in the premises of the Port Governance Agency were held regular annual consultations  with representatives of the Group for ports and harbors which was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure and Chamber of commerce and industry of Serbia.

At the meeting they exchanged opinions and held consultations in order to create a better business environment and the development of port activities.

Topics that were the subject of consultations were related to the practice in the application of the Decision on the amount and method of payment of port and harbor fees, the procedure for issuing the certificates and registration in the register of port operators, transport-technological study of the Regulation
on the conditions that must be fulfilled by ports, harbors and temporary transshipment sites.

Consultations are mutually assessed as successful and they represent a starting point for a successful joint cooperation between the Agency, the Group and the relevant Ministry.

Consultations will be held regularly in the future at the end of each year, or more often if necessary.
