Port Governance Agency has launched second misdemeanor procedure

Port Governance Agency has launched second misdemeanor procedure against the company for failure to deliver required applications for the payment of fees for use of the coast land in legally set deadline.

The Agency will continue to monitor the obligations of the stakeholders determined by the Law, and retrieve timely measures within jurisdiction of PGA.
