Port Governance Agency officially launched the Integrated port information system- ILIS on January 1, 2019.
The ILIS information system will collect and process the actual operating data in each port and passenger terminal, such as the volume of goods being transhipped, the number of embarked and disembarked passengers, transhippment sites, etc. In addition, ILIS will enable monitoring of the operation of port operators, and the received information will be used to produce the analyses required for long-term port development plans. ILIS will contribute to the improvement of the port activity, bearing in mind that all the relevant information will be available and systematized in one place.
ILIS users will enter data in just a few steps. The division was made into passenger and cargo traffic, and by selecting one of the options, registered users will be able to select the type of vessel, cargo, package, etc. from the formed database.
This software is the result of the Agency’s participation in the Danube SKILLS project. Creation and implementation of ILIS software is another professional and development activity of the Agency aiming at simplification of procedures and organization of port activity.
