Goals in 2023

• Issuance of Approval for selected operators on performing port activities and conclusion of the contracts;
• conducting the procedure of announcing the public invitation and selection of port operators on the declared port areas;
• keeping the Register of licensed Port Operators;
• keeping records of public properties;
• collection of port dues in accordance with the Law;
• introduction of the due payers into a system of electronic applications;
• registration and identification of all legal entities engaged in the waterway transport in the Republic of Serbia;
• participation in the Negotiating Group on transport and trans-European network (14 and 21);
• cooperation with international and European organizations;
• active participation in the work of the Rhine-Danube Corridor Forum and the Port Working Group;
• active participation in the work of the European Federation of Inland Ports;
• active participation in the work of the Expert group for ports and port operations of the Danube Commission
• continuous monitoring of the movement and stay of ships in port waters using the software Port Community System - Trak and Trace module developed within the DAPhNE project;
• further development of new information technologies for the purpose of efficient processing of analytical data;
• preparation of technical documentation for the implementation of infrastructure projects for development of ports, international passenger terminals and marinas in the Republic of Serbia;
• implementation of activities in the field of waste management in port areas.
