"Danube Ports Info Day" meeting held in Munich on May 11th, as an activity within the Daphne project. The aim of the meeting was to promote Danube ports as logistics and service hubs as well as ideal locations to setting up businesses needing waterborne and intermodal logistic infrastructure
During the "Danube Ports Info Day" all interested parties had an opportunity to discuss on opportunities for the development and improvement of port and port infrastructure on the Danube with the partners on the project. The dialogue between industry representatives and port authorities resulted in the identification of solutions for better and more efficient operations.
Representatives of the Port Governance Agency participated in the meeting and on that occasion they were hosts of one of the roundtables. At the roundtable, they presented to the project partners and other relevant institutions, the results and future development plans of the Agency, as well as the most important projects in the field of port infrastructure in Serbia.
"The Danube Ports info Day" is organized by the "Pro Danube International" together with its partners within the EU - funded Daphne project.
