Representatives of the Port Governance Agency will participate on 21 and 22 February in Bucharest, at the initial meetings witch will mark the beginning of the project Danube Skills.
The project leader CERONAV- Romanian center for maritime education, will bring together 22 partners and associated strategic partners from 8 countries in the Danube region and the countries outside the Danube region (France, Belgium, Netherlands).
The aim of the project is establishing the institutional capacity to improve the legal framework nautical qualifications, as well as the promotion of the Danube through the reinforcement of the competence of public institutions in order to comply with European standards.
The event will be attended by a large number of participants and speakers, including representatives of relevant ministries, European river commissions and relevant organizations.
