Agency launched two misdemeanor and two executive procedures

Since the beginning of the year Port Governance Agency launched two misdemeanor proceedings against business enterprises for failure to sign the summary in legally specified period, in order to charge for use of the coast.

In addition, Agency has also launched two executive proceedings against business enterprises for failure to fulfill obligations and unpaid overdue receivables.

The Agency will continue to take steps to negligent taxpayers.
